[Usage] Single-chip circuit [Performance Parameters] The LPC2131 is equipped with a 32/16-bit ARM7TDMI-STM CPU microcontroller in a compact LQFP64 package. It features 32KB of RAM and 512KB of FLASH memory, along with 16 10-bit A/D channels and a 10-bit D/A channel. This microcontroller is designed to support real-time emulation and embedded tracking, thanks to its 32kB, 64kB, and 512kB of embedded high-speed flash memory. With a 128-bit wide memory interface and a unique acceleration architecture, it allows 32-bit code to run at maximum clock speeds. For applications requiring tight control over code size, the 16-bit Thumb? mode can reduce code size by more than 30% with minimal performance loss. The LPC2131's small form factor and low power consumption make it ideal for small systems like access control devices and point-of-sale (POS) machines. Its extensive array of serial communication interfaces and on-chip 8/16/32kB SRAM makes it suitable for communication gateways, protocol converters, soft modems, voice recognition, and low-end imaging applications, offering ample buffer space and powerful processing capabilities. It also includes multiple 32-bit timers, one or two 10-bit 8-channel ADCs, 10-bit DACs, PWM channels, and up to 47 GPIOs, along with up to 9 edge or level-triggered external interrupts, making it perfect for industrial control and medical systems.
