[Performance Parameters] The LPC2131 is a 32/16-bit ARM7TDMI-S microcontroller built into a compact LQFP64 package. It features 32KB of RAM and 512KB of Flash memory, along with 16 10-bit A/D channels and a single 10-bit D/A channel. This microcontroller is based on the ARM7TDMI-STM CPU architecture, which supports real-time emulation and embedded tracing. It integrates 32KB, 64KB, or 512KB of high-speed embedded flash memory. With its 128-bit wide memory interface and unique acceleration structure, it allows 32-bit code to run at maximum clock speeds. For applications where code size needs to be tightly controlled, the 16-bit Thumb mode can reduce code size by over 30% while maintaining minimal performance loss. The small form factor and low power consumption make the LPC2131/2132/2138 highly suitable for small systems like access control devices and point-of-sale (POS) terminals. Its extensive range of serial communication interfaces, combined with on-chip 8/16/32kB SRAM, makes it ideal for communication gateways, protocol converters, soft modems, voice recognition, and low-end imaging applications, providing ample buffer space and robust processing power. Additionally, it includes multiple 32-bit timers, one or two 10-bit 8-channel ADCs, a 10-bit DAC, PWM channels, and up to 47 GPIOs, as well as up to 9 edge or level-triggered external interrupts, making it perfect for industrial control and medical systems.
