- **Preliminary Round**: Participants submit their project themes and plans. The organizing committee selects 200 candidates (or teams) to receive free terminal development tools.
- **Race Phase**: A 20-day targeted program development and online technical training session. The Qingke Information Technology team shortlists the top 10 participants.
- **Showcase**: Top 10 finalists are invited to participate in the Hangzhou Yunqi Conference to present their projects. Ten days later, they move into the product launch acceleration phase.
- **Final Round**: The top 10 teams submit complete demo works, which are either presented live or via video. Judges evaluate these submissions.
