**Fourth, the Event Timeline**
- **Preliminary Round**: Contestants (teams) submit their project themes and plans. The organizing committee selects 200 promising participants (or teams) and provides them with free terminal development tools.
- **Race Phase**: Over 20 days, participants engage in targeted program development and attend online technical training sessions. The Qingke Information Technology team then shortlists the top 10 participants.
- **Showcase Phase**: The top 10 finalists are invited to present their projects at the Hangzhou Yunqi Conference. Ten days later, they enter the product launch acceleration phase.
- **Final Round**: The top 10 finalists submit complete demo works, which are either presented live or via online video. Judges evaluate these submissions.
