GE Consumer & Industrial Products Group has introduced a new generation of outdoor lighting systems represented by GE EvolveTM series of regional lighting LED systems to the Chinese market.
Compared to traditional metal halide lamps, GE Evolve's range of regional lighting LED systems can save up to 30% in energy consumption. The design life is about 50,000 hours in about 10 years, which is four times that recommended by the standard HID source system. The LED system has uniform illumination distribution and high color rendering index, which greatly reduces roadside illumination blind spots and reflective bright spots. Its excellent vertical illumination can increase the surface recognition of the object, improve the clarity of the surveillance video and the recognition of pedestrians. The uniform illumination effect can greatly reduce the glare effect of the HID lamp when the angle of view is different.
Depending on the light distribution requirements, the GE Evolve range of regional lighting LEDs has 97 watts to 214 watts to replace the traditional 400 watt HID system. At the same time, it has a higher color temperature (5700K) and a color rendering index higher than 70 compared to the standard HID, while achieving lower lumens and energy consumption. This is mainly due to the advanced optical design of GE luminaires, which can make full use of the advantages of LED lamps to accurately project light. The Evolve series of LED lamps are RoHS compliant and do not contain mercury or lead.
It is understood that the new series of regional lighting systems in the promotion combines the latest LED electronic technology, heat dissipation, mechanical and optical design, giving full play to the advantages of LED lighting systems in outdoor parking lots and various large-area lighting applications.
