2.2 The scope of the tender:
The bidding scope of this project is the emergency procedures for the take-off failure of the Phase III expansion project of Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport and the aircraft performance analysis (pre-feasibility and feasibility study).
2.3 Quality Requirements
Through the review organized by the national industry authority, and approved by the national industry authority.
2.4 Design results submission time:
The preparation of the pre-feasibility phase report must be completed by March 31, 2017. The other phases shall be subject to the tenderer's written notification.
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidders participating in the project design bidding must meet the following conditions:
