Overview

The maximum working temperature of the 101A electric blast drying oven is 300°C, equipped with a digital display temperature controller for precise and clear temperature control. This model offers a fast heating rate, making it user-friendly and suitable for various industries such as papermaking, packaging, medical, educational institutions, workshops, and laboratories. It is an ideal choice for efficient drying applications.

The outer casing of the 101A oven is made of thin steel plate with a lacquered surface. The space between the outer shell and the inner chamber is filled with aluminum silicate fiber, forming a reliable insulation layer. Heaters are installed at the bottom of the chamber, and a set of heaters manages the power on and off for stable operation.

This model features a blast function, which enhances air circulation and improves drying efficiency. The design ensures even heat distribution and improved performance in high-temperature environments.

How to Use

1. This oven should be placed indoors and installed on a flat, stable surface.

2. Ensure that the power input is connected through a dedicated on/off switch and a properly grounded wire.

3. Before powering on, check the power supply voltage and wiring to ensure they are correct and safe.

4. When first purchased or after long-term storage, it is recommended to bake at a low temperature (80–100°C) for two hours before increasing the temperature. This helps remove moisture, improve insulation, and extend the lifespan of internal components.

5. Insert the temperature probe into the designated measuring hole on the left side of the chamber. Do not insert it from the top center hole, as this may affect the accuracy of temperature control.

6. During the first use, monitor the oven closely to avoid overheating, which could damage the items being dried.

7. If the heat seems too intense, you can turn off one set of heaters to reduce the heating power and prevent overheating due to thermal inertia.

8. When removing baked items, avoid touching the temperature control components to prevent damage to the unit.

9. In case of any malfunction, consult a qualified electrician for assistance.
