Robotic foundry is not terrible, future intelligent assistants dominate human life

According to foreign media reports, so far few applications and devices are truly intelligent. In Viv's user interface, co-brands such as Hotels.com will be resized to smaller icons and embedded links in the lower right corner of the screen. User access to the Hotels.com booking platform will be replaced by a smart chat bot. For the whispering user, this means a simple and convenient user booking experience. For Hotels.com, it brings new bookings, but the platform's operations will face the risk of being replaced in the long run. Platforms such as Hotels.com, Booking.com, Indeed.com, or eBay will play different roles or disappear completely because users interact with smart assistants rather than platforms.

Future scene

We will live in a world where intelligent assistants interact in a lot. In this future, there may be three different situations:

A single super assistant: Siri integrates all other service assistants and uses the assistant to manage the assistants;

Or a variety of specialized intelligent assistants.

If such a super assistant appears, it can help users book holidays, order daily necessities, and perhaps complete the work before we ask for it. This super-smart assistant can access user data and complete any user-demanding needs through a high degree of commercial integration.

The second case is the various intelligent assistants launched by various companies. They are used in different fields and interact with each other to achieve mutual benefit. From the perspective of user interaction, the gap in the interaction experience between these independent assistants and a super assistant will be very small. Users can interact with one of their own assistants, which in turn can automatically handle further needs.

A third "fragmented scene" experience will be most likely compared to the first two possibilities. Before everything is perfect, users may need to interact with multiple digital assistants to accomplish a variety of tasks.
