[PConline News] Intel and AMD have officially confirmed their collaboration on a high-performance mobile processor, combining the 8th generation of Intel Core CPUs with AMD's Vega GPU architecture. This new chip is primarily designed for high-performance laptops and the next-generation high-performance NUC systems. While official details remain limited, a recent YouTube video has provided more insight into this upcoming product, offering a glimpse into what to expect.
A Thai user named TUM APISAK shared a video on YouTube, using Futuremark System Info to reveal the specs of a Core i7-8709G processor. According to the video, the system is equipped with a Radeon RX Vega M GPU, identified by the hardware ID 694C:C0. The GPU runs at a core frequency of 1190MHz, featuring 4GB of HBM2 memory operating at 800MHz. Since previous leaks suggested only one HBM2 chip, the memory bus width is likely 1024-bit, resulting in a bandwidth of 204.8GB/s. Based on data from the SiSoftware Sandra database, this GPU should have 24 NCU units and 1,536 stream processors.
The CPU part is a quad-core, eight-thread processor with a base clock speed of 3.1GHz and a boost frequency of up to 3.9GHz. It appears to be based on the Coffee Lake architecture, though it might also be a refreshed version of Kaby Lake. This hybrid design marks a significant step forward in mobile computing performance, especially for demanding tasks like gaming and content creation.
Although Intel hasn't announced an official release date, the increasing number of leaks and technical details suggests that this product is close to hitting the market. Consumers may soon have the opportunity to purchase high-performance laptops and NUCs powered by this powerful Intel and AMD collaboration. As more information becomes available, we can expect further updates and insights into how this technology will shape the future of mobile computing.
Rental LED display screens
LED technology is the latest and the best in terms of the audio visual technologies out there and it is still evolving. There is a strong emphasis in making LED displays energy efficient, cost efficient and light weight apart from other quality requirements. Hence, LED cabinets are also now expected to be lighter in weight. This need has resulted into the gradual shift from the iron cabinet, aluminum cabinet, to the cast-aluminum and die cast aluminum as the weight of the cabinet is lighter. Cast aluminum and die cast-aluminum cabinets are the latest of the cabinets used for LED casing.
The cast aluminum and die cast-aluminum cabinets have high strength and high tenacity. They are highly efficient, provide excellent heat dissipation, energy conservation and environmental protection. Because of their outdoor usage, they can be made as a waterproof cabinet of leasing cast aluminum. They are lightweight and ultrathin. They are quite flexible for easy packaging and lifting. They have a high refresh rate, high grayscale and are widely applied to the stage renting. They are easy and simple to install and thus help you save on precious time and man power as one-person can easily do the insallation. Cabinet splicing and wiring connection is fast and reliable. Not only great in looks dept. it can be easily dismantled. Casting Aluminum and die Casting Aluminum Cabinet also have better deformation resistance property.
