As the creator of LED small-pitch TV, Liard's global market share is absolutely leading. According to Changjiang Securities, the company has signed a new 540 million yuan, confirming revenue of 250 million yuan, an increase of 30.36%. As a powerful substitute for LCD splicing walls and DLP splicing walls, small-pitch products are currently rapidly advancing in the high-end market, and will gradually penetrate into the mid-end and home markets in the future, with broad market space.
From the perspective of outreach business, Liard has launched a large-scale acquisition since last year. Up to now, Liard has successfully acquired five domestic companies including Internet Yida, Jinda Lighting, Lifeng Culture, Jinlixiang and Pineng Optoelectronics.
In addition, this year, Liard also acquired the PLANER company in the United States, which pioneered the acquisition of overseas companies by GEM. The acquisition will enable Liard to expand the sales of existing LED display products and enhance its position in the international market.
