Topics: Industry, USA, Lighting Science Group Corporation (LSG), EPILIGHT HOLDINGS Co. LIMITED (EPILIGHT HOLDINGS) has reached a multi-year agreement on the development and sale of multi-million dollar LED products.
Under the agreement, EPILIGHT HOLDINGS will purchase LED lighting products and technical support services with an LSG value of at least $2 million. The two companies will jointly develop the products and the products will be sold by EPILIGHT HOLDINGS's Asian and European sales teams.
In addition, according to the agreement, EPILIGHT HOLDINGS and its affiliated factories in China will be used to produce certain products. LSG will work with EPILIGHT HOLDINGS to produce products that will be distributed globally.
