Sharp launches 25 TV products including 70-inch models during the year

Last year, Hisense formally acquired Sharp's TV business in the Americas, but this does not mean that the brand will withdraw from the market. In fact, under the new management, Sharp will release 25 new TVs this year. Their screen size is between 32-75 inches, and the price is from $189 to 3299 US dollars (approximately RMB 1246-21750). ).

The 70-inch Aquos N9000 series will be Sharp's new 4K flagship, featuring quantum dots and HDR technology - the first of its kind on Sharp TV - and full array local dimming for more than 192 locations for $3,299. (About RMB 21,750); This TV also has a 65-inch surface version, the configuration is basically the same, priced at 2999 US dollars (about 19771 yuan). In addition, the N8000 will also receive HDR support as well as a new user interface. All of Sharp's 4K TVs will also have an app store designed by Hisense, including the less expensive models N6000 and N7000.

Hisense insists that the quality of Sharp TV will not be reduced under its own leadership. “The Sharp brand has long been known in the television industry for creating sophisticated imaging technology and large-screen products,” said Mary N'Neill, Sharp brand manager. “It will be the same in 2016.”

Although brand recognition in the key word areas is not high, Hisense is still one of the major players in the global market. It is also the third largest TV maker in 2015, and its product sales are second only to Samsung and LG. In order to enter the shielded keyword market, Hisense will release 22 TVs of 20-60 inches in size this year. One of the flagship models is the 65-inch curved TV H10, which will have the so-called Ultra PureColor Quantum Dot technology, ULED 3.0 and 240 area full array local dimming, priced at 2799 US dollars (about 18453 yuan).

The 43-inch H7 is Hisense's lowest-priced 4K TV. It uses eight-core processors, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and HDR, and sells for only 399 US dollars (about 2630 yuan). Unfortunately, as a member of the UHD Alliance, Hisense and Sharp's television will use their own HDR standard, rather than the truly stunning Dobly Vision HDR configuration.

Hisense said that H3, H5, H7 and H9 TVs will be available in February, while H10 will wait until the second half of this year. The H8 is scheduled to be launched in April, and the H4 with its built-in Roku smart TV interface will also be available this year.

As for Sharp, their 64-inch versions of the N9000, N8000, N7000, and N5000 will all be available in March. The lower-end N3000, N4000, and N6000 will be on sale in April, while the 70-inch version of the N9000 will not be available until July. Will be listed.
